Lens Tribe

Studio is our premium studio for corporate, fashion, advertising and podcast productions. Both operate from Madhapur, and we are looking for one person to own digital marketing for both brands. The role You will plan and run marketing across two very different audiences: parents and families for the baby studio, and brands, agencies and corporates for Lens Tribe Studio. This is a hands-on role with direct ownership of leads, bookings and brand visibility.

Responsibilities Plan and run paid campaigns on Meta and Google, with responsibility for budgets, cost per lead and return on ad spend Manage Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn for both brands, including content calendars, posting and community engagement Work with our photographers and video team to turn shoots into reels, behind-the-scenes content, testimonials and ad creatives Manage Google Business Profiles, reviews and local SEO for both studios Improve website SEO, landing pages and enquiry forms to increase conversions Run WhatsApp and email campaigns for offers, seasonal shoots and repeat customers Build B2B outreach for Lens Tribe Studio through LinkedIn,



targeted campaigns and partnerships with agencies and brands Track enquiries through to bookings and share monthly performance reports with clear next steps Plan seasonal and festival campaigns, influencer tie-ups and collaborations Requirements 1–4 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in a studio, lifestyle, retail or service business Proven results with Meta Ads and Google Ads, with numbers you can show Working knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite and Google Business Profile Strong writing in English; Telugu and Hindi are an advantage A valuable eye for visual content and basic skills in Canva, CapCut or similar tools Comfortable handling both consumer and B2B marketing Organized, self-driven and able to work on-site with a creative team Good to have Experience marketing photography, events, weddings or parenting brands Basic photo or video editing skills Experience with CRM or lead management tools What we offer Salary: 20k-30k, based on experience Performance incentives linked to bookings Full ownership of marketing for two growing brands A creative studio environment with a ready supply of original content Job details Type: Full-time, on-site Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad Working days: 6 days a week How to apply Send your resume, a short note on campaigns you have run with their results, and links to pages or accounts you have managed to [email / WhatsApp number].
