Valtin Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a result-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and manage digital marketing activities for our healthcare and herbal product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, leads, and online sales.
- Plan and manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and other paid campaigns.
- Develop strategies to increase Amazon & Flipkart sales through digital marketing.
- Manage SEO/SEM activities and improve website visibility.
- Plan monthly content calendars for social media platforms.
- Coordinate with the content/design team for creatives, videos, reels, and campaigns.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, traffic, conversions, ROAS, and other key metrics.
- Conduct competitor and market research to identify current marketing opportunities.
- Optimize campaigns based on performance data.
- Prepare regular digital marketing reports and present actionable insights.
- Work closely with the sales and product teams to support business growth.

is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Marketing Executive to manage our social media presence and create engaging content for our healthcare and herbal product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily activities on Instagram, Facebook and other social media platforms.
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase reach, engagement, followers, and brand awareness.
- Create and coordinate Reels, posts, stories, carousels and promotional content.
- Plan and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.
- Write engaging captions, hooks, CTAs, and promotional copy.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors for creative production.
- Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and community engagement.
- Research trending content, hashtags, formats, and competitor activities.
- Track social media performance and prepare regular reports.
- Analyze reach, engagement, views, followers, clicks, and conversions.
- Support product campaigns and promotional activities for Amazon & Flipkart sales.
- Stay updated with current social media trends and platform algorithms.
