We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who can independently manage client accounts, develop digital marketing strategies, coordinate internal teams, and drive measurable results.
This is a hands-on role involving digital marketing execution, client handling, team coordination, campaign management and performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies based on client objectives.
- Manage multiple client accounts and ensure smooth day-to-day execution.
- Handle client communication, calls, meetings, feedback and reporting.
- Plan and oversee Social Media, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Lead Generation and other digital campaigns.
- Coordinate with content, creative, performance marketing, SEO and website teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Translate client requirements into transparent briefs and actionable tasks for internal teams.
- Monitor campaign performance and use data to identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports and recommendations to clients.
- Ensure deliverables,
timelines and quality standards are maintained.
- Proactively identify new growth opportunities for clients and suggest relevant strategies.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends and explore new growth opportunities.
What We Are Looking For:
- 2–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
- Experience managing multiple client accounts.
- Strong understanding of Social Media Marketing, Meta Ads, Google Ads and Lead Generation.
- Previous experience in client handling and account management.
- Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage deadlines.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proactive, organised and capable of taking ownership of accounts independently.
- Someone who understands digital marketing beyond just social media posting or content creation.
