We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate should be strong in Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, SMM, content creation and copywriting, with a sharp creative eye and performance-driven mindset.

? What You'll Do

- Plan, launch & optimize Meta Ads campaigns
- Manage and optimize Google Ads
- Generate and scale high-quality leads
- Monitor CPL, CAC, ROAS, conversion rates & revenue
- Conduct audience, competitor & keyword research
- Develop performance-focused ad creatives and concepts
- Write compelling hooks, ad copies, headlines & CTAs
- Plan and execute social media marketing strategies
- Implement basic SEO strategies
- Analyze campaign data and identify growth opportunities
- Work closely with graphic designers, video editors & content creators
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends
