About the Role

We are looking for a creative and performance-focused Digital Marketing Executive to manage and grow our online presence across social media, paid advertising and e-commerce channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Instagram, Facebook and other social media platforms
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns
- Run and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads
- Create and coordinate social media content, reels and promotional campaigns
- Monitor website traffic, leads, sales and campaign performance
- Conduct competitor and market research
- Improve brand visibility and customer engagement
- Coordinate with graphic designers, influencers and content creators
- Manage influencer marketing campaigns
- Prepare weekly/monthly marketing performance reports
- Identify new digital marketing opportunities to increase online sales

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing




- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager
- Positive knowledge of Instagram and Facebook marketing
- Understanding of Google Ads and Google Analytics is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of SEO and e-commerce marketing
- Good communication and creative thinking skills
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and make improvements
- Experience with beauty, cosmetics, D2C or e-commerce brands will be an advantage

Salary

₹20,000–₹35,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
