About the RoleWe are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute our overall digital marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will have solid expertise across performance marketing, SEO, social media, content, and digital growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Lead performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Manage SEO, social media, content, email, and other digital marketing initiatives.
- Own campaign budgets, KPIs, lead generation, CAC, ROAS, and overall digital performance.
- Analyze campaign and customer data to identify growth opportunities.
- Work closely with sales, creative,



and business teams to drive qualified leads and revenue.
- Stay updated with digital trends, platform changes, and emerging marketing technologies.
- Lead and mentor internal marketing resources/agencies as required.

What We're Looking For
- 4–7 years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing and digital growth.
- Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics/GA4, Search Console, and reporting tools.
- Strong analytical, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders.
- Experience managing teams or agencies is a plus.
