About the Role

We’re looking for a strategic, data-driven, and creatively minded Digital Marketing professional to take ownership of our digital growth engine.

You’ll work across multiple digital channels, build high-impact campaigns, strengthen our online presence, and drive measurable business outcomes.

? What You’ll Own

- Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Plan, manage, and optimize Paid Marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
- Drive SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email marketing and performance marketing initiatives.
- Own campaign budgets, CAC, CPL, ROAS, conversion rates and overall marketing ROI.
- Analyze campaign performance and translate data into actionable growth strategies.
- Work closely with creative, content, sales and business teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Develop and manage content and social media strategies that strengthen brand visibility and engagement.




- Identify emerging digital trends, tools and platforms and turn them into growth opportunities.
- Track competitors, market trends and customer behavior to continuously improve our digital strategy.
- Build dashboards and regular performance reports for key marketing metrics.
- Experiment, A/B test and continuously optimize campaigns for better performance.

? What We’re Looking For

- 4–8 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing / Growth Marketing.
- Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Analytics and digital marketing funnels.
- Experience managing marketing budgets and delivering measurable ROI.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with a performance-first mindset.
- Ability to understand business goals and translate them into effective marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Strong ownership — someone who can think independently, execute quickly and take accountability for results.
- A balance of creative thinking + data-driven decision making.

⭐ Good to Have

- Experience with GA4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio or similar tools.
- Knowledge of CRM, marketing automation and lead-generation platforms.
- Experience working with agencies, vendors and creative teams.
- Exposure to B2B / B2C growth marketing.
- Strong understanding of landing-page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
