Kestrel promotes ecotourism through activities such as trekking, camping, cycling, rock climbing, birdwatching, wildlife safaris, and jeep safaris. Team members work closely with local environments and communities to create meaningful, low-impact travel experiences for visitors.

Role Description The Digital Marketing Intern will support the planning and execution of online marketing campaigns to promote Kestrel’s adventure and ecotourism offerings. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with social media content creation and scheduling, monitoring engagement, and helping manage brand presence across digital platforms. The intern will help track and analyze web and campaign performance data, contribute to basic content updates for websites or listings, and support email and online promotional activities.

This is a full-time,



on-site role based in Ernakulam, where the intern will collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align digital initiatives with business goals.

Qualifications

- Strong interest and foundational skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing.
- Ability to support Social Media Marketing across platforms and create audience-focused content.
- Basic understanding of Web Analytics and comfort working with data to interpret performance metrics.
- Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate in a team environment.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree or certification in Marketing, Communications, Tourism, or a related field.
- Enthusiasm for nature, wildlife, adventure activities, and sustainable tourism.
- Proactive, organized, and willing to learn recent tools and techniques in a fast-paced setting.
- Familiarity with common social media platforms and basic design or content tools (e.g., Canva, image editors) is an advantage.
