We are looking for a result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive who can strengthen our online presence, generate quality leads, manage paid campaigns, and contribute directly to business growth.

Job SummaryThe Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, SEO, social media, email, and other digital channels.

The candidate should have a strong understanding of performance marketing and lead generation, with the ability to analyze campaign data and continuously improve CPL, conversions, lead quality, and ROI.

Key Responsibilities1.

Performance

Marketing

- Plan, create, execute, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Manage lead-generation, traffic, conversion, remarketing, and awareness campaigns.
- Monitor campaign budgets and ensure efficient utilization of advertising spend.
- Optimize campaigns based on CPL, CPC, CTR, CPA, conversion rate, and ROAS.
- Conduct A/B testing of ad copies, creatives, audiences, landing pages, and campaigns.
- Identify poor-performing campaigns and take corrective action.
- Develop remarketing and retargeting campaigns.

2. Lead Generation
- Generate quality leads for Profcyma's education, IT, consulting, and other business verticals.
- Develop digital campaigns specifically focused on lead generation and admissions/business enquiries.
- Work closely with the sales and counselling teams to improve lead quality and conversion.
- Track leads from source to conversion and identify high-performing channels.
- Coordinate with the CRM team to ensure proper lead tracking and attribution.

3. SEO & • Website Marketing




- Perform keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Implement basic on-page and off-page SEO activities.
- Optimize website pages, blogs, landing pages, meta titles, descriptions, headings, and content.
- Monitor website traffic, keyword rankings, indexing, and technical SEO issues.
- Work with the website/development team to improve landing pages and conversion rates.
- Plan and publish SEO-friendly blogs and articles.

Social Media

Marketing
- Manage Profcyma's social media presence across:
- Instagram
- Facebook
- LinkedIn
- YouTube
- Other relevant platforms
- Prepare and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.
- Coordinate with the graphic designer/content team for posts, reels, videos, banners, and campaigns.
- Increase brand awareness, engagement, followers, and enquiries.
- Monitor comments, messages, engagement, and audience response.
- Track competitors and identify new content opportunities.

5. Content & • Campaign Management
- Develop campaign ideas for admissions, courses, services, offers, events, and brand promotions.
- Write or coordinate ad copies, captions, headlines, landing-page content, and promotional content.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors for marketing creatives.
- Ensure all marketing communication is aligned with the company's brand guidelines.

6. Analytics & • Reporting
- Track digital marketing performance using GA4, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other analytics tools.
- Prepare weekly and monthly digital marketing reports.

7. Competitor & • Market Research
- Monitor competitor digital marketing activities.
- Analyze competitor advertisements, offers, keywords, social media campaigns, and content.
- Identify recent digital marketing opportunities.
- Stay updated with Google, Meta,



SEO, AI search, and social media trends.

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, IT, or a related field.
- Digital Marketing certification is an advantage.
- Google Ads / Google Analytics certification is preferred.

Experience2–3 years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing. Candidates with hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and lead-generation campaigns will be preferred.
