Pepy Technologies is searching for a talented and results-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, generates leads, and increases sales.

Responsibilities

- Plan, develop, and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, Linked In Ads and content marketing
- Create high-quality content that engages target audiences and supports marketing goals
- Analyze website traffic and social media engagement metrics to identify trends and optimize campaigns
- Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and design, to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels
- Develop and manage digital marketing budgets
- Report on the performance of all marketing activities and measure ROI

Qualifications





- 1+ years of experience in digital marketing
- Strong understanding of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Linked In Ads and SMO
- Proven ability to create engaging and effective content
- Excellent analytical skills with experience using marketing analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Search Console and Tag Manager)
- Experience with paid advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads)
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and project management skills
- A passion for digital marketing and a desire to stay ahead of the curve

Job Type: Full time ( Looking Immediate Joining )

Salary: ₹12,000 - ₹30,000 per month
