Role Description:

- Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute result-driven digital marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness and generate leads.
- Paid Advertising: Manage and optimize Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads to maximize reach and ROI.
- Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and manage content across Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms to drive engagement and growth.
- Campaign & Post Scheduling: Plan and execute effective content marketing strategies,



aligning with industry trends and audience interests.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and improve campaign performance using Google Analytics, GA4, and other data-driven insights.
- Trend & Market Research: Stay updated with the latest marketing trends, AI-driven techniques, and consumer behavior insights to refine strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with design and content teams to create compelling marketing materials and ad creatives.
- Community & Audience Growth: Implement strategies to grow followers, increase engagement, and build a strong brand presence across digital channels.

Who we're looking for:

- 0-3 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads & campaign management.
- Robust understanding of social media trends and algorithms.
- Creative mindset with data-driven decision-making.
