Location: Ramagondanahalli, Whitefield, Bangalore
Work Mode: Full-time, On-site
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Timing: 9:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Experience: 6 months+
Stipend: ₹10,000/month + performance incentives up to ₹15,000
We are looking for a young, energetic digital marketing professional who wants to learn, experiment and contribute to the growth of real businesses.
The primary objective of this role is straightforward:
Bring more people to our businesses and generate quality leads.
What you will work on
- SEO and improving organic visibility
- Website review and optimisation
- Social media and content creation
- Blogs, reels, videos and digital campaigns
- Using ChatGPT, Claude and other AI tools for content, research and marketing
- Exploring Google and other digital platforms to attract potential customers
- Finding new ways to generate enquiries and leads
- Tracking results and improving campaigns
You will work on brands such as JustHR and Mann Therapy, giving you hands-on exposure to different types of businesses and digital audiences. Who should apply?
- Candidates with 6 months or more of digital marketing experience
- Freshers with strong practical knowledge of digital marketing may also be considered
- Basic understanding of SEO, social media and online marketing
- Comfortable using AI tools and learning new technology
- Creative, proactive and willing to experiment
- Most importantly, someone who has initiative, energy and a hunger to produce results
