Job Summary :

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Engineer with a strong combination of digital marketing, analytics, technology, and automation skills. The candidate will be responsible for driving online visibility, qualified leads, campaign performance, website optimization, and marketing automation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
- Manage SEO, technical SEO, keyword research, website and landing page optimization.
- Monitor and improve CPC, CTR, CPL, CPA, conversion rate, and ROAS.
- Implement and manage GA4, Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Search Console, and conversion/event tracking.
- Analyze website and campaign data and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and dashboards.
- Work on lead generation, marketing automation, CRM integration, and lead nurturing.
- Coordinate with content, design, and technical teams for landing pages, campaigns, blogs, and promotional activities.
- Identify website/SEO issues and coordinate with developers for performance and conversion improvements.
- Explore AI tools, automation, APIs, and digital marketing technologies to improve efficiency.

Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field with 1–4 years of relevant experience.
