About the Role

We are looking for a creative, fast-paced and trend-driven Video & Social Media Content Editor who understands what makes content perform on Instagram and YouTube. We need someone who understands social media attention, hooks, retention, storytelling, trends and viral editing styles and can turn raw footage and content ideas into engaging, polished content. You will primarily work on Instagram Reels, carousels, Stories, YouTube videos and other short- and long-form digital content for a nutrition and wellness creator.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube videos/Shorts, Stories & Carousels
- Create engaging, fast-paced Reels with strong hooks, captions, transitions, B-roll, music & effects
- Design attractive carousel posts, Reel covers, thumbnails & Stories
- Stay updated with viral Reel formats, trending audios, editing styles and Instagram trends
- Understand hook, storytelling, pacing, retention & CTA
- Repurpose long-form content into Reels/Shorts




- Maintain consistent brand aesthetics across all content
- Suggest new editing concepts and trending content formats proactively

Requirements
- Strong experience with Reels and social media video editing
- Good understanding of Instagram & YouTube trends
- Strong visual/design sense
- Fast turnaround and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Premiere Pro / Final Cut / DaVinci / CapCut
- Knowledge of Canva/Photoshop
- After Effects/motion graphics is a plus
- Experience with creators, health/wellness or personal brands is preferred
