- Handle diamond sales and customer inquiries.
- Communicate with clients regarding diamond products and pricing.
- Maintain customer relationships and follow up regularly.
- Coordinate with the sales team for orders and dispatch.
- Prepare sales reports and update customer records.
- Understand basic diamond quality and market trends.
Requirements:
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Experience in diamond or jewellery sales preferred.
- Positive communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Smart personality and customer handling skills.
