Roles and Responsibilities :

- Assist nephrologists in performing hemodialysis procedures on patients with end-stage renal disease.

- Monitor patient vital signs, lab results, and other medical data to ensure protected and effective treatment.

- Maintain accurate records of patient treatments, medications, and test results.

- Provide emotional support to patients undergoing dialysis.

Job Requirements :

- 0-5 years of experience in a hospital setting or related field.

- Knowledge of basic life support techniques (BLS) such as CPR/AED certification.

- Familiarity with dialysis equipment operation and maintenance.

- Basic understanding of nephrology principles and practices.
