About the Role

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer with 4–5 years of hands-on experience in managing and automating infrastructure, deployments, monitoring, and security across cloud and on-premises environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving infrastructure reliability, deployment efficiency, scalability, and security while working closely with development, QA, and infrastructure teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage, maintain, and automate server and infrastructure environments across cloud and on-premises platforms.
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated application build, testing, and deployment.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and application deployments using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and configuration management tools.
- Monitor infrastructure, applications, system performance, availability, and resource utilization.
- Implement proactive monitoring, logging, alerting, and troubleshooting processes.
- Manage cloud infrastructure, preferably across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Administer Linux/Windows servers, networking components, storage, and related infrastructure services.
- Implement and maintain containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Collaborate with development teams to optimize application deployment and release processes.
- Implement infrastructure and application security best practices, including access controls, secrets management,



patching, and vulnerability remediation.
- Troubleshoot production issues and participate in incident response and root-cause analysis.
- Maintain infrastructure documentation, deployment procedures, and operational runbooks.
- Identify opportunities to improve automation, reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency.
- Support backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes.

Required Skills & Experience

- 4–5 years of professional experience in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, Systems Administration, or Site Reliability Engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience with Linux/Unix administration.
- Experience with at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
- Good knowledge of Git and version control systems.
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, or equivalent platforms.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS,



load balancing, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Experience with scripting/automation using Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Good understanding of cloud and infrastructure security practices.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience managing hybrid cloud and on-premises infrastructure.
- Knowledge of Kubernetes administration and orchestration.
- Experience implementing DevSecOps practices and integrating security into CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of cloud security, IAM, secrets management, and vulnerability management.
- Experience with high-availability and disaster-recovery solutions.
- Relevant cloud or DevOps certifications such as AWS/Azure/GCP, Kubernetes, Terraform, or Linux certifications.

Education Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
