Job Overview

We are looking for qualified Developmental Psychology experts to contribute their domain expertise to a technology-focused project involving the training and evaluation of next-generation AI systems.

The role focuses on applying expertise in child development and developmental psychology to evaluate data, provide expert feedback, develop relevant scenarios, and improve the quality and psychological integrity of AI systems.

No prior AI experience is required. Strong academic, research, and subject-matter expertise in developmental psychology is the primary requirement.

Key Responsibilities

- Evaluate, review, and annotate datasets related to child development and developmental psychology.
- Assess AI-generated content and provide expert feedback on developmental accuracy and relevance.
- Evaluate the cultural appropriateness and psychological suitability of data and model outputs.
- Contribute expert analysis to scenarios, test cases, and real-world situations involving children's learning and behavior.
- Apply developmental psychology principles to support AI system evaluation and improvement.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to maintain psychological accuracy and integrity in AI interactions.
- Develop or refine guidelines addressing linguistic, cognitive, emotional,



and psychosocial aspects of child development.
- Evaluate content across diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds, including Urdu-language content.
- Document research findings, observations, and recommendations clearly and accurately.
- Support ongoing research and development activities through high-quality domain expertise.

Required Qualifications

- PhD in Developmental Psychology, Child Development, or a closely related field.

- Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in developmental psychology, child development, academic research, behavioral research, or a related field.

- Strong academic or research background in child development or developmental psychology.
- Strong understanding of cognitive, emotional, social, and behavioral development in children.
- Strong analytical, research, and written communication skills.
- Ability to independently review and evaluate complex information.
- Comfortable working remotely using digital collaboration platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in Urdu is highly preferred.

- Experience working with Urdu-language research, educational, psychological, or child-development content is a plus.
- Experience with technology-driven, digital, or AI-related projects involving child development or psychology.
- Experience in academic research, behavioral research, assessment, or related fields.
- Experience reviewing, annotating, or evaluating research or psychological datasets.

Compensation

$100–$200 per hour, depending on qualifications, expertise, and project requirements.
