Role Description This is a full-time remote Designer role focused on creating activewear and related visual assets for Sapien Activewear Pvt. Ltd. The Designer will conceptualize and develop apparel designs, including silhouettes, color palettes, and material selections that align with brand guidelines and customer needs.

Day-to-day tasks include creating design sketches, digital mockups, and technical specifications, collaborating with product and marketing teams, and refining designs based on feedback and performance requirements. The role also involves researching trends in sportswear and athleisure, preparing design files for production,



and maintaining consistency across collections. The Designer will participate in virtual meetings, manage project timelines, and ensure deliverables meet quality and brand standards.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in fashion or apparel design, including sketching, conceptual design, and creating clear technical drawings.
- Proficiency with design and visualization tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar software) for creating digital mockups and production-ready files.
- Understanding of fabric types, garment construction, and fit, particularly in sportswear or athleisure categories.
- Ability to research and interpret market trends, customer preferences, and competitor products to inform design decisions.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management to handle multiple design projects and deadlines in a remote setting.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders online.
- Relevant education in fashion design, apparel design, graphic design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in activewear, performance apparel, or startup environments is an advantage.
