IT Support Specialist

Location: Onsite | Job Type: Part-Time

About the Role

We're looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our team and provide hands-on, onsite support across end-user devices, office infrastructure, and IT asset management. You'll be the go-to person for day-to-day technical issues, device setup, and small infrastructure projects — working closely with our remote technical teams and external vendors to keep everything running smoothly.

What You'll Do

Support Our People

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues on desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and other peripherals (Windows, macOS, and Linux)
- Set up, deploy, and retire equipment as needed
- Escalate complex issues to our Level 2 team when necessary

Keep Our Office Running

- Support everyday office tech — network connectivity, printing, phones, AV equipment, and meeting room tools
- Install and maintain network equipment like switches, routers, and access points
- Help set up digital signage and other smart office tools
- Coordinate with vendors for repairs and scheduled maintenance

Manage Our Equipment





- Track IT assets from the moment they arrive to the moment they're retired — including labeling, imaging, and deployment
- Keep accurate inventory records and help with regular audits
- Coordinate warranty repairs and manage spare stock

Support Projects & Events

- Help out with office moves, hardware upgrades, and equipment relocations
- Provide on-the-ground tech support for company events and product demos
- Assist visiting vendors and technicians when they're onsite

What We're Looking For
- Experience supporting Windows, macOS, and Linux devices in an office setting
- A solid grasp of basic networking (LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, access points)
- Some background in IT asset or inventory management
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a knack for clear documentation
- Outstanding customer service instincts — you're patient, clear, and easy to work with
- Comfortable working independently and coordinating with remote teams and outside vendors
