About the RoleRazlerVision is hiring a Data Entry Operator to maintain accurate records and prepare monthly wages sheets. The role needs strong, hands-on Advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain monthly wages sheets for staff and workers
- Enter, update and maintain data in Excel with complete and consistent records
- Calculate wages from attendance, overtime and deductions using formulas
- Verify data against source documents and correct discrepancies
- Organize and file records, physical and digital, for easy retrieval
- Prepare reports and summaries from Excel data when requested

Required Skill: Advanced Excel (mandatory)Formulas and functions

- VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF / nested IF, IFS, IFERROR
- SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, SUMPRODUCT
- TEXT, DATE, EOMONTH, NETWORKDAYS, DATEDIF
- LEFT, MID, RIGHT, TRIM, CONCAT / TEXTJOIN
- ROUND, ROUNDUP, MIN, MAX (for caps and ceilings in wage calculations)

Data handling

- Pivot Tables and Pivot Charts
- Data validation (drop-downs, restricted entries)




- Conditional formatting (highlighting errors, duplicates, missing data)
- Data cleaning, sorting, advanced filters, Remove Duplicates
- Text to Columns, Flash Fill, Find & Replace
- Linking and consolidating data across multiple sheets and workbooks

Sheet building and control

- Build a complete monthly wages sheet from raw attendance data
- Calculate gross, deductions, overtime and net pay with formulas
- Protect sheets, lock formula cells, and track errors
- Audit formulas (Trace Precedents, Error Checking) and reconcile totals
- Fast keyboard shortcuts and large datasets (1,000+ rows) handled without errors

Added advantage

- Experience with PF, ESI and minimum-wage calculations in Excel
- Basic macros or Power Query

Eligibility
- Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred
- Must be able to work on-site in Ghaziabad
- Prior experience in wages or payroll sheets is an added advantage
