Role Description This is a remote 3 month paid internship role for a Data Entry Intern at Candor International. Stipend- INR1500, paid after the completion of 3 months. The intern will accurately input, update, and maintain product, client, and order information in company databases and spreadsheets. Day-to-day tasks include verifying data for completeness, correcting inconsistencies, organizing digital files, and assisting with the preparation of basic reports and inventory records.





The role also involves supporting cross-functional teams with data-related requests, following established data management procedures, and maintaining confidentiality of business information. The intern will collaborate with supervisors to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and contribute to process improvements in data handling.

Qualifications

- Strong data entry skills, including fast and accurate typing and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and office software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, word processing tools).
- Good organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to handle repetitive tasks efficiently.
- Basic analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify data inconsistencies.
- Explicit written and verbal communication skills for remote collaboration.
- Comfort working independently in a remote environment and following structured workflows.
- Familiarity with databases or CRM systems is an advantage.
- Interest in international trade or fashion accessories is a plus.
- Current student or recent graduate in business, commerce, information systems, or a related field preferred.
