About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in working with data, preparing reports, identifying trends, and generating insights that support business decisions.

Freshers with good analytical skills and a strong understanding of Excel, SQL, and data visualization are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect, clean, validate, and organize data from different sources.
- Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
- Write SQL queries to extract and analyze data from databases.
- Use Excel for data analysis, reporting, and reconciliation.
- Work with stakeholders to understand reporting and data requirements.
- Monitor data quality and identify inconsistencies or errors.
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for management and internal teams.
- Support business teams with data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Document analysis processes, reports, and data sources.

Required SkillsMust Have
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF functions, charts, data cleaning, etc.
- Basic to intermediate SQL knowledge.
- Understanding of data cleaning and data analysis concepts.




- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and presentation skills.

Good to Have
- Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau.
- Basic knowledge of Python and libraries such as Pandas and NumPy.
- Understanding of basic statistics.
- Knowledge of database concepts.
- Experience with creating interactive dashboards.

Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with 0–2 years of relevant experience can apply.
- Candidates should have a strong interest in data analysis and business intelligence.
