Role Description This full-time, on-site Data Analyst role is based in the Greater Chennai Area.

The Data

Analyst will collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to generate insights that support business decisions in operations, marketing, and customer experience.

Responsibilities include building dashboards and reports, performing trend and performance analyses, and supporting data-driven experiments and optimization initiatives. The role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into analytical problems and present clear, actionable recommendations.





The Data

Analyst will also help maintain data quality standards and contribute to the continuous improvement of data processes and tools.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and proven experience in Data Analytics.
- Candidates should possess a solid foundation in Statistics, including applied statistical methods for business decision-making.
- Candidates should possess skills in Data Modeling to design and interpret data structures that support reporting and analysis.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to explain complex findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and SQL or similar query languages is highly beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities is key.
- Experience in e-commerce, logistics, or consumer goods analytics is a plus.
