Job Responsibilities

· Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc MIS reports.

· Ensure data accuracy, consistency, completeness, and validation across reports and databases.

· Identify data discrepancies, trends, patterns, and operational inefficiencies.

· Develop and maintain dashboards and data visualizations to support business decision-making.

· Analyze business data and provide actionable, data-driven insights.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements and deliver accurate, timely reports.

· Continuously improve reporting processes and data management practices.

Requirements

· Strong proficiency in MS Excel, including VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Power Query, Pivot Tables, and conditional formulas.





· Proficiency in SQL and database management, including data extraction, querying, manipulation, and validation.

· Working knowledge of Power BI or Tableau.

· Working knowledge of cloud services and platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Microsoft Azure.

· Good command of MS Office, Google Sheets, and Outlook.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent attention to detail with a solid focus on data accuracy.

· Good communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
