Role Description This is a full-time Data Analyst role based in New Delhi with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work-from-home flexibility.

The Data

Analyst will collect, clean, and organize data from various internal and external sources to support decision-making across the organization. The role includes building dashboards and reports, performing statistical and trend analyses, and developing data models to track learner performance, program effectiveness, and operational efficiency.

Analyst will collaborate with program leaders, mentors, and management to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations. Day-to-day work will also involve documenting methodologies,



maintaining data quality standards, and communicating findings in clear, accessible formats for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and proven experience in Data Analytics for interpreting complex datasets and generating insights.
- Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Statistics and statistical techniques for hypothesis testing, forecasting, and performance measurement.
- Candidates should possess capabilities in Data Modeling and working with relational databases or data warehouses to design and maintain data structures.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to present findings clearly through reports, dashboards, and presentations for diverse audiences.
- Proficiency with analytical and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python/R, Power BI/Tableau) is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Experience in education, edtech, or impact-focused organizations, and an interest in student skill development and nation-building is an advantage.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment, with robust attention to detail and a commitment to data ethics and privacy.
