We’re looking for an Associate – Data Analyst who enjoys working with numbers, asking the right questions, and turning raw data into meaningful business insights.

What You’ll Do

- Extract, clean, manipulate, and analyze data from multiple sources using SQL and Python
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to track key business metrics.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business problems and translate them into analytical requirements.
- Analyze trends, patterns, and performance metrics to identify opportunities and areas of improvement.
- Translate complex analysis into clear, actionable insights that enable better business decisions.
- Work closely with teams to define metrics, improve reporting, and build a strong data-driven decision-making culture.
- Develop a strong understanding of business context behind the numbers rather than looking at data in isolation.
- Continuously question assumptions, identify gaps, and approach problems with a first-principles mindset.

What We’re Looking For

- 1–2 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python this is a must-have.




- Knowledge of Cloud platforms like GCP, Azure and Amazon is a plus but not mandatory.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms and data warehouse platforms like Snowflake and Databricks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a structured approach to solving ambiguous problems.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into meaningful analysis.
- Solid attention to detail and comfort working with numbers and large datasets.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to explain analytical findings in a simple and easy-to-understand manner.
- Curiosity to go beyond “what happened?” and explore “why did it happen?” and “what should we do next?”

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Strong academic track record demonstrating quantitative and analytical aptitude.
- Exposure to business metrics, e-commerce, D2C, consumer businesses, or similar environments is a plus.
