Role Description This is a full time, on-site Data Analyst role based in Thane.
The Data
Analyst will collect, clean, and analyze operational and business data to generate insights that improve logistics performance, customer experience, and internal decision-making. Day-to-day activities include building reports and dashboards, developing and maintaining data models, performing statistical analyses, and identifying trends, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into analytical tasks, presenting findings in a clear and actionable way, and supporting data-driven initiatives and process improvements.
The Data
Analyst will also help ensure data quality, document methodologies, and contribute to continuous enhancement of analytics tools and practices.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and Data Analytics abilities to interpret complex datasets and provide actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Statistics for hypothesis testing, trend analysis, forecasting, and performance measurement.
- Experience with Data Modeling, including designing and maintaining data structures, schemas, and relationships.
- Effective Communication skills to explain technical findings to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with SQL and at least one analytics or BI tool (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Knowledge of data cleaning, validation, and governance practices to maintain high data quality.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Exposure to logistics, supply chain, or operations analytics is beneficial.
