Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through voice and chat
- Provide accurate resolutions and maintain customer records
- Follow process guidelines and service standards
- Escalate issues when required

Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline
- Freshers welcome
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Basic computer knowledge
- Willing to work in rotational shifts
