We are hiring Customer Service Executives for our Gurgaon location. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing appropriate resolutions, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries through calls and provide timely resolutions.
- Understand customer concerns and assist with appropriate solutions.
- Maintain positive customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer interactions professionally and efficiently.
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution when required.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions.
- Achieve assigned performance and quality targets.
Requirements:
- Graduate candidates only.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Customer Service/Customer Support/Voice Process.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in a day shift.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice period will be preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
