Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through calls, chat, and other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Promote relevant products/services and generate sales opportunities.
- Follow up with customers and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve assigned customer service and sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
