Job Overview

We are looking for Customer Support Executives to join a Non-Voice / Email Support process. The role involves handling customer queries through email, understanding customer concerns, and providing accurate and timely resolutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries and requests through email.
- Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions to customer concerns.
- Respond to emails professionally within the required turnaround time.
- Understand and resolve customer issues as per process guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Escalate complex queries to the appropriate team when required.
- Maintain professional written communication and customer service standards.

Eligibility & Requirements
- Graduation is mandatory.




- Minimum 6 months of experience in Non-Voice / Email Support is required.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills.
- English any 1 regional language.
- Good typing and email-writing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates must be comfortable working on-site.
