Key Responsibilities• Handle customer enquiries and provide timely responses
- Coordinate with customers regarding quotations, orders and deliveries
- Follow up on enquiries and pending orders
- Coordinate with sales, procurement and dispatch teams
- Maintain customer records and follow-up reports
- Resolve customer queries and ensure a positive customer experience
- Support the sales team in day-to-day customer communication
What We're Looking For✔️ 1–3 years of experience in Customer Support / Sales Coordination / Telesales
✔️ Positive communication and interpersonal skills
✔️ Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer applications
✔️ Ability to coordinate with customers and internal teams
✔️ Robust follow-up and organizational skills
✔️ Experience in B2B/industrial products will be an advantage
