Key Responsibilities

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 1 year / 12 months of experience in an International Voice Process.

- Experience must be specifically in Inbound Calling.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

- Positive customer-handling and problem-solving skills.

- Comfortable working in night shifts.

- Willing to work from office.

- Immediate joiners are preferred.

- Graduation is not mandatory.

Salary

Salary Structure

- 12 to 17 Months Experience: CTC 3.89 LPA to 4.00 LPA | In-Hand During Training: 25,700 | In-Hand After Training: 28,800

- 18 to 23 Months Experience:



CTC 4.00 LPA to 4.20 LPA | In-Hand During Training: 28,000 | In-Hand After Training: 31,000

- 24 Months & Above Experience: CTC 4.60 LPA to 4.70 LPA | In-Hand During Training: 31,000 | In-Hand After Training: 35,000
