Job Profile: Customer Support Executive

Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹22,000 per month

Location: Vijay Nagar & Bhawarkua, Indore

Process: Swiggy Voice & Chat Process

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates to join our team as Customer Support Executives for the Swiggy Voice & Chat Process.

The selected candidates will be responsible for assisting customers through voice calls and chat support , understanding their queries, and providing quick and accurate solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through voice calls and chat.
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
- Assist customers with order-related queries, cancellations, refunds and other service-related issues.
- Maintain a professional and polite communication style with customers.
- Provide accurate information and ensure a positive customer experience.




- Follow company guidelines and process requirements.
- Maintain good quality and productivity during the process.

Eligibility

• Minimum 12th Pass

• Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply

• Good English communication skills

• Basic computer knowledge

• Positive listening and problem-solving skills

• Customer-friendly attitude

Shift Details

- 9 Hours shift including 1-hour break
- Rotational Shift & Week Off

• Boys: 24×7 Rotational Shift

• Girls: 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM
