About the Job: The role involves speaking with international customers over the phone and helping them with their questions and concerns.
You should be able to speak English clearly, understand what the customer is saying, and respond confidently.
English communication will be given the most importance during the interview.
What You Will Do:
- Take calls from international customers.
- Understand their questions and concerns.
- Provide the right information and assistance.
- Handle customers politely and professionally.
- Make sure customer issues are properly addressed.
- Follow the process and quality guidelines.
- Maintain good call quality and customer service standards.
What We Expect:
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
- Freshers can apply.
- Candidates with previous customer support or voice process experience can also apply.
- Positive English communication is required.
- Good listening and conversation skills.
- Comfortable working in rotational night shifts.
- Comfortable with rotational week offs.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
- Must be comfortable working from office in Mohali.
Interview Process: There will be 3 rounds in the selection process: Round 1 - HR Interview
Basic introduction, communication and profile discussion.
Round 2 - Operations Manager Round
Discussion about the role, customer handling and communication.
Round 3 - Assessment
Process-related assessment to check suitability for the role.
Candidates who clear all three rounds will be taken forward for joining.
