Position: Customer Success Associate
Location: Thane, Mumbai
Experience: 2+ years
What You'll Do:
● Elevate Customer Relationships: Take ownership of managing and enhancing relationships with key and high-potential customers. Ensure they receive top-notch service and satisfaction.
● Drive Value: Identify and implement opportunities to add value beyond our standard offerings, and share these insights with your peers to maximize customer benefits across the board.
● Mentor & Lead: Guide and support senior members of the Customer Success team,
helping them navigate complex customer interactions and develop their skills.
● Collaborate for Growth: Work closely with customers to drive growth and business opportunities, aligning their goals with our services.
● Measure Success: Ensure that customer success metrics and methodologies are effectively applied and adapted to each customer’s needs.
What We're Looking For:
● Customer Relationship Expertise:
Proven experience managing customer relationships and resolving issues to ensure satisfaction and retention. Share compelling examples of your success stories.
● Global Perspective: Experience working with international customers, particularly in the US, and an understanding of managed services and project delivery.
● Relationship Builder: Ability to develop strong relationships that lead to account growth and customer advocacy.
● Commercial Acumen: Experience in managing and meeting commercial targets while maintaining high service standards.
● Adaptability: Comfortable adjusting strategies to meet changing circumstances with strong prioritization and planning skills.
● Influence & Collaboration: Ability to inspire and collaborate across all levels of the organization, breaking down silos and fostering teamwork.
● Creative Problem Solver: Think outside the box to find solutions, and be ready to handle situations that don’t fit a standard process.
● Empathy & Insight: Understand and address customer perspectives while finding balanced solutions to challenges.
