Process: Voice Process – Inbound / Outbound

Experience: 1–3 Years

Shift: 1st Shift / Morning

Work Week: 6 Days with 1 Fixed/Rotational Off

- Preferred: Airline / Travel Process experience

✅ Excellent Verbal & Written Communication

✅ Clear, exact and professional customer interaction

✅ Strong Scenario-Based Aptitude & Problem-Solving Skills

✅ Experience in Customer Support / BPO Operations

✅ Familiarity with Ticketing Systems / Airline-related Platforms

✅ Ability to handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally

? Priority will be given to candidates with relevant Airline / Travel / Customer Service experience.
