Rishikul Herbs is looking for enthusiastic and communication-focused Sales Agents to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for speaking with potential customers, understanding their requirements, explaining our products/services, and converting interested prospects into customers.
Freshers are welcome to apply. Candidates with experience in Sales Calling, Telecalling, Customer Service, BPO, or Customer Support will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
- Explain products/services, offers, and benefits clearly.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
- Handle customer questions and objections professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets.
- Convert qualified leads into successful sales.
- Provide a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Coordinate with the team for lead updates and follow-ups.
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Confident and polite telephone manner.
- Ability to understand customer needs and explain solutions.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Willingness to work with sales targets.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Experience Freshers: Can apply – training will be provided.
Experienced Candidates: Candidates with experience in:
- Telecalling
- Inside Sales
- Outbound Sales
- Customer Service
- Customer Support
- BPO / Call Centre
- Lead Generation
will be preferred.
