Marbleous is looking for a confident and customer-focused executive to handle incoming customer enquiries and convert them into orders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle enquiries via WhatsApp, calls, Instagram, website, and email.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Share product details, catalogues, pricing, and customization options.
- Handle retail, corporate, wedding, and bulk gifting enquiries.
- Regularly follow up with leads and work towards conversions.
- Maintain proper records of leads and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, customization, dispatch, and delivery updates.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure a premium customer experience.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong customer-handling and follow-up skills.
- Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.
- Sales-oriented, organized, and proactive.
- 1–3 years of customer handling/inside sales experience preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply. Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
