? Position: Customer Service Support Executive
? Salary: ₹15,000/month
? Location: Lucknow | Work From Office
? Education: B.Tech / Engineering Background
? Experience: Minimum 1 Year
? Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries and provide timely support.
- Assist customers with product/software-related issues.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and issues.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory resolution.
- Update all customer-related activities and tasks on the CRM.
- Identify recurring issues and communicate them to the concerned team.
? Requirements
- B.Tech / Engineering background preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support, technical support, client servicing, or a related role.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of software/CRM platforms.
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Valuable command of English and Hindi.
