- Engage with customers via chat to resolve queries and provide service details.
- Schedule appointments with interested customers and confirm via email.
- Send the company profile and other relevant information to clients over email.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely communication and support.
- Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
