Job Summary

DATAMARK, Inc. is seeking a professional and experienced Bilingual Interpreter to join our team. The Interpreter will facilitate explicit and accurate communication between customers and clients by providing real-time language interpretation services. The role requires excellent communication skills, customer service orientation, and the ability to handle information accurately and confidentially.

Key Responsibilities

- Determine the language requirements of callers and provide accurate interpretation services.
- Facilitate smooth communication between customers and clients.
- Accurately enter and update customer information in internal systems.
- Access relevant databases and tools while assisting customers.
- Transfer calls to the appropriate department or staff member when required.
- Provide additional support and information to customers as needed.
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and accuracy during all interactions.
- Follow company policies and quality standards at all times.

Required Qualifications

- Proficiency in English and the target language (spoken and written).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.




- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to multitask while handling calls and updating records.
- Good computer navigation and data entry skills.
- Excellent keyboarding and typing speed.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and professionalism.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in interpretation, translation, customer service, or call center operations.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
