Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

Act as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries and concerns.

Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.

Handle customer calls, meetings, enquiries, and follow-ups.

Follow up with leads and prospective customers to support business development.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely response to customer requirements.

Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.

Maintain accurate customer records, interactions, and follow-up details.

Collect customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction.

Prepare regular reports on customer interactions, leads, and follow-ups.





Maintain long-term relationships with customers and support repeat business.

Required Skills

Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management / Client Handling.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong customer-handling and relationship-building skills.

Valuable follow-up and negotiation skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.

Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple customers and tasks.

Professional attitude, patience, and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
