Kerala Paints is looking for energetic and customer-friendly Customer Care Executives for our Kaloor, Kochi office.
The role involves attending customer calls, understanding their painting/product requirements, providing appropriate product guidance, following up on enquiries and helping convert genuine customer requirements into sales.
This is not a target-based sales job. However, candidates should be comfortable with customer follow-up, product recommendation and sales conversion.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend incoming customer calls and enquiries
- Understand customer requirements through proper conversation
- Provide suitable product and painting-related guidance
- Explain products and solutions clearly to customers
- Follow up on customer enquiries and leads
- Support conversion of enquiries into sales
- Coordinate with concerned sales/outlet/field teams when required
- Maintain customer details and follow-up records
- Ensure polite and skilled customer communication
