? Key Responsibilities

✔️ Manage regular client communication and follow-ups

✔️ Handle leads, enquiries, and client requirements

✔️ Maintain and update CRM records and databases

✔️ Track leads and ensure timely follow-ups

✔️ Coordinate with sales, technical, and project teams

✔️ Understand client requirements and communicate them effectively

✔️ Maintain strong and long-term client relationships

✔️ Ensure timely responses and smooth communication

✔️ Prepare CRM reports and maintain accurate records

✔️ Support the team in improving client satisfaction and retention
