Position Title: Customer Relations Intern

Employment Type: Onsite Internship (Performance-Based Opportunity for Permanent Full-Time Conversion & Salary Growth)

Location: On-site (Shopping Mall Customer Service Desk)

Shift Timings: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (9-hour shift inclusive of break time)

Work Schedule: 6 days a week with rotational day off (Weekends and public holiday availability required during peak mall hours)

Internship Summary We are seeking a dynamic, customer-focused Customer Relations Intern to represent our brand on-site at our shopping mall location. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for mall visitors, handling in-person inquiries, managing feedback, supporting promotional events, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

This internship offers hands-on exposure to retail operations, event management, and client relations, with a direct path to permanent full time employment, salary revisions, and long-term career progression based on your performance evaluations.

Key Responsibilities

- Visitor Assistance: Greet shoppers warmly and provide directions regarding store locations, mall facilities, amenities, and event details.
- Issue Resolution: Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints professionally on-site, escalating complex matters to mall management when necessary.
- Desk &

• Information Management:

Help manage the central information desk,



issue promotional vouchers/passes, log lost and found items, and maintain visitor records.
- Event &

• Campaign Support:

Assist with on-site marketing activations, seasonal events, and mall-wide loyalty program drives.
- Store &

• Operations Coordination:

Work alongside mall retailers, security personnel, and facility teams to ensure a seamless, welcoming shopper environment.

Stipend &

• Allowances

- Monthly Stipend: ₹15,000 per month
- Full Attendance Allowance: ₹1,000 per month (Awarded for 100% scheduled shift attendance and punctuality)
- Career Growth: Performance evaluations at the end of the internship for conversion into a permanent full-time role with revised compensation and benefits.

Key Requirements &

• Qualifications

- Education: Higher Secondary (10+2) or pursuing/completed Graduation in any discipline.
- Experience: Open to freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience/interests in retail, customer service, hospitality, or event execution.
- Communication: Good verbal communication skills in English and the local language.
- Personal Attributes: Presentable, approachable, with a customer-first attitude and the ability to stay composed in a high-footfall environment.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and data entry skills.
