Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role based in Indore.

The Customer Service

Representative will respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing clear information about films, releases, and services.

Responsibilities include resolving customer issues, handling complaints professionally, and ensuring timely follow-up to maintain high satisfaction levels. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to address service concerns,



documenting interactions in company systems, and sharing feedback that helps improve customer experience. The representative will also support ticketing or distribution-related queries, maintain accurate records, and uphold company service standards.

Qualifications

- Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Support capabilities.
- Ability to maintain high Customer Satisfaction and deliver a consistent, positive Customer Experience.
- Prior experience as Customer Service Representatives or in a similar client service role.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English; regional language skills are an advantage.
- Problem-solving abilities, patience, and a calm approach to handling complaints or escalations.
- Comfort working on-site in a rapid-paced media or entertainment environment in Indore.
- Basic computer literacy, including email, CRM tools, and documentation skills.
- High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in any field; experience in film, media, or distribution is a plus.
