About the role

At Fresh From The Future, every ingredient traces back to our own AI-monitored farm. We're building a premium, farm-traceable food brand for Delhi NCR's most discerning kitchens and health-conscious consumers — and we're inviting passionate culinary and nutrition talent to grow with us.

This is a part-time / internship opportunity (1–2 days a week) ideal for culinary, hospitality, or nutrition students and fresh graduates who want hands-on experience with a premium brand while they study or build their careers.

What you'll do

- Prepare our signature Super Bowls from our head chef's established recipes and SOPs
- Work with the freshest farm-traceable greens, microgreens, and produce in the city
- Help maintain plating, portioning, hygiene, and presentation standards for premium clients
- Contribute ideas for seasonal, nutrient-dense, beautiful food as you grow in the role




- Support packaging and quality checks for Super Bowl orders

Who we're looking for

- Students or recent graduates in Culinary Arts, Hotel Management, Food Technology, or Nutrition / Dietetics
- A genuine passion for healthy, fresh, sustainable food
- Attention to detail, cleanliness, and consistency
- Able to commit 1–2 days a week, on-site in Gurugram
- Reliable, eager to learn, and excited to work with a fast-growing premium brand
