We are looking for a Lab & Curriculum Lead to lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of technical learning content and hands-on lab environments. The role will work closely with subject matter experts, trainers, product teams, and other stakeholders to ensure learners receive high-quality, practical, and up-to-date training experiences.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical understanding, curriculum development experience, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into effective learning experiences and hands-on labs.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of technical curricula, learning paths, and hands-on labs.
- Develop practical lab exercises, assignments, demonstrations, and assessments aligned with learning objectives.
- Work with SMEs, trainers, and technical teams to validate technical accuracy and relevance of content.
- Ensure labs are realistic, scalable, reliable, and aligned with industry use cases.
- Review and continuously improve existing curriculum and lab content based on learner and trainer feedback.
- Manage curriculum and lab releases, updates, version control, and content lifecycle.
- Ensure technical content remains aligned with the latest product features, technologies, and industry trends.
- Establish standards and guidelines for curriculum design, lab development, assessments, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to plan and deliver curriculum and lab releases within agreed timelines.
- Identify gaps in learning content and recommend new courses, modules, labs,



and learning experiences.
- Support trainers with instructor guides, lab documentation, answer keys, and troubleshooting resources.
- Monitor lab performance and resolve issues affecting learner experience.
- Define and track quality metrics for curriculum and lab effectiveness.
- Contribute to automation and tooling that improves curriculum development and lab delivery.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in technical training, curriculum development, learning content, technical enablement, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML, Data Engineering, Cloud, or related technologies.
- Experience developing hands-on technical labs and practical exercises.
- Strong experience in curriculum design and instructional content development.
- Ability to work effectively with technical SMEs, trainers, engineers, and product teams.
- Experience with content management, version control, and release processes.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Good to Have
- Experience with Databricks, Apache Spark, SQL, Python, Cloud platforms, AI/ML, or Data & AI technologies.
- Experience working with technical certification or partner training programs.
- Experience with LMS platforms and learning technologies.
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub and content version-control practices.
- Experience automating lab environments or working with cloud-based lab platforms.
- Experience working in a fast-paced global technology organization.
